Used Blood Transport Bags

A special square bag designed to contain used blood bags.  The used blood bag is placed into this bag - adhesive sealed.  A pocket on the bag is provided for paperwork to travel with the used blood bag.  This used blood bag with separate outside pocket keeps paperwork away from contaiminated material.  Perforated for convenient entry after it is sealed.   Adhesive sealing for the contents with easy access through perforations.

Options for Sealing Used Blood Bag:

1. Use a clean needle cap (without the needle) to occlude the port.
2. Bend the port in half and wrap a rubberband tightly to occlude the port.
3. Insert sealed blood bag into longer pouch.
4. Pull off liner, press to close.
5. Insert paperwork into outer pocket and tuck under flap.
